Fall Blast 5K Run/Walk: Charitable Causes

 

HARTZ Physical Therapy's annual Fall Blast 5K Walk/Run raises money to support various local charities each year. Over the past six years, the Fall Blast has raised over $60,000 to support various local charities such as Hospice of Lancaster County, The Lancaster Science Factory and Aaron's Acres.

In 2011, The Fall Blast will support Aaron's Acres for the third year in a row. Aaron’s Acres is a non-profit 501c3 organization that serves children between the ages of 5 and 21 with special needs. Aaron’s Acres provides programs to over 200 families in Lancaster, Berks and Dauphin Counties. Our programs focus on socialization and communication by providing therapeutically based recreational activities. They offer both summer camp and school year programs.
